Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high speed and responsiveness across all devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
- Implement security best practices and ensure data protection compliance in all development phases.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural planning to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools like Sequelize or TypeORM.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues in a distributed environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first, cross-functional team.
