Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable full-stack solutions using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Optimize application performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements and DevOps initiatives

Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes deployment strategies
- Strong background in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence workflows
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
