Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js or similar frameworks.
- Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
