Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in legacy systems and refactor them for improved speed, reliability, and security.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and designers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the remote team.
- API Development: Design and document RESTful and GraphQL APIs that integrate seamlessly with third-party services and internal systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong expertise in Node.js, Python, or Java, with experience in building microservices.
- Database: Deep understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
