Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on technical best practices and architecture decisions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and a backend language such as Node.js or Python.
- Strong experience with relational databases (SQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
