Responsibilities
- Architecture Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of scalable software architectures, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain high-quality code using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality & Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement optimizations to improve speed and scalability.
- Testing & Deployment: Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and automated testing protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Frontend Proficiency: Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Backend Skills: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, server-side rendering, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
