We are seeking a visionary Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our elite engineering team. You will be responsible for architecting scalable systems and delivering high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
- Frontend Development: Build responsive, accessible, and visually stunning user interfaces using React, Redux, and modern CSS libraries.
- Backend Development: Develop robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express to power our frontend applications.
- Database Management: Design and optimize complex database schemas and queries using MongoDB and Mongoose.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews and establish best practices for the team.
- CI/CD: Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to streamline the release process.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on the MERN stack.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep understanding of React.js, including hooks, context, state management (Redux/Context API), and component lifecycle.
- Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and building RESTful APIs.
- Database: Expert knowledge of MongoDB, NoSQL data modeling, and query optimization.
- General: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and version control tools (Git).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lead technical initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
