Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features on time.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across all devices.
- Testing: Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, and E2E) to guarantee system reliability.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the remote team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js. Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with team goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
