Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive mentorship to junior developers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility standards.
- Manage database architecture and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and state management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
