Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (UX, Product, Design) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and speed to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to CI/CD deployment.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices for security and data privacy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
