Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Architect scalable backend services and APIs using RESTful and GraphQL standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, QA) to define product requirements and deliver feature-rich solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security compliance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in React.js or Vue.js for front-end development.
- Experience with Node.js, Express, or similar backend technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed remote team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on user experience and performance optimization.
