Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using React and Node.js.
- Architect scalable backend systems and optimize database performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure application security and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Proficiency in React (Hooks, Redux, Context API) and Node.js (Express, NestJS).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
