Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and establish best practices for coding standards and documentation.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments and drive root-cause analysis to improve system stability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js or Vue.js and Node.js or Python.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
