The Role:
We are looking for someone who not only writes clean code but also understands the architecture behind it. As a Senior Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex backend systems and intuitive frontend experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and ensure best practices are followed across the board.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js or Vue.js for frontend development.
- Proficient in Node.js or Python for backend development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (SQL and NoSQL).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a remote-first environment with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a work visa if necessary (sponsorship available for top talent).
