Responsibilities
- Architecture & Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform rigorous code reviews to uphold our high standards of quality and security.
- Remote Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and deliverables.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure our applications run smoothly on all devices and networks.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical workshops, and drive best practices within the remote engineering squad.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges in a fast-paced agile environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 2 years in a remote or hybrid capacity.
- Frontend: Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python, and RESTful API design.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
