Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end architecture for web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces and robust APIs.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases to ensure high performance, security, and reliability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments, minimizing downtime.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward team collaboration.
