Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and security standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior developers alike.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices and browsers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement robust fixes to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or Ruby).
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with strong time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
