The Role
We are seeking a self-motivated engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for architecting scalable web applications, leading code reviews, and mentoring junior developers. If you are passionate about clean code and user experience, this is the place for you.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior team members, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
- Conduct troubleshooting and debugging to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
