Role Overview:
We are looking for a problem-solver who can bridge the gap between design and engineering. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring our products are robust, user-friendly, and high-performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability for a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Deep experience with front-end libraries such as React.js or Angular.
- Proficient with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
