Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js/Python).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture design, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product) to define features and ensure technical feasibility.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern frontend libraries (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills.
- Must be willing to align communication and meeting times with the Memphis, TN time zone (Central Standard Time).
