Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on UX and performance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and performance issues in real-time.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting with flexible hours.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
