Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant code solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the remote team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure application security best practices are implemented across all layers of the stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js or TypeScript.
- Strong experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
