Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring high standards for performance and security.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and senior developers alike.
- Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js (or similar modern languages/frameworks).
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first setting.
