Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from concept through deployment, including requirements analysis, architecture, and coding.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding and documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
