Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement high-performance, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to strict security and performance best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Remote Leadership: Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize the user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and a backend language (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Database: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Remote Experience: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, remote-first team environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
