Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-fidelity code.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Debug complex issues and implement reliable solutions in a distributed environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (Sequelize, TypeORM).
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for a remote-first team.
