Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Code Quality: Write unit and integration tests to ensure high code coverage and system reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Monitor application performance and implement optimizations for speed and scalability.
- Remote Leadership: Drive remote-first workflows and ensure clear communication across distributed teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Cloud: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
