Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across web and mobile platforms.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Debug complex issues and implement robust solutions in a distributed system environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated experience working remotely and managing time effectively without direct supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex technical problems.
