Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js/Python).
- Architect scalable microservices and APIs that can handle millions of transactions with zero downtime.
- Lead code reviews, conduct technical architecture discussions, and ensure code quality through rigorous testing standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility across all platforms and devices.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Expert proficiency in React.js or Vue.js and modern CSS (Sass/Tailwind).
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, or similar.
- Deep understanding of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
