Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure fast load times and high concurrency under load.
- Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code; conduct thorough code reviews to enforce best practices and security standards.
- CI/CD Implementation: Implement and manage automated deployment pipelines to streamline release cycles and improve delivery speed.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React or Angular and Node.js; deep understanding of TypeScript.
- Backend: Strong experience with RESTful APIs and relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Cloud: Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex issues in production environments and propose innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
