Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Lead the development of end-to-end features, ensuring high code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility for a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end libraries (React, Vue, Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Excellent understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment and communicate clearly across time zones.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
