Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features on tight timelines.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, participate in technical architecture discussions, and drive innovation within the engineering team.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive automated testing strategies to ensure reliability and reduce bugs in production.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular with a strong grasp of CSS/SCSS and responsive design principles.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- DevOps: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a distributed remote team.
