Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead technical decision-making and code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote-first culture.
- Based in or willing to commute to Seattle, WA (for on-site collaboration).
