Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding standards and documentation.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to testing and deployment.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions for our clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack development, with a focus on React or Angular for the frontend and Node.js or Python for the backend.
- Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
