Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Remote Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across all devices.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Testing: Create comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, provide code reviews, and contribute to the technical roadmap of the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Remote Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with strong self-discipline.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
