Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain architectural integrity.
- Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups) and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
- Implement security best practices and ensure data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for clean code.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently in a fully remote setting.
