Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define features and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster a culture of excellence.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness across all devices.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to improve system architecture and security.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and state management libraries.
- Deep understanding of server-side technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
