Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring lightning-fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement robust security protocols and data protection measures to safeguard user data.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure project delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js or Vue.js and a solid understanding of TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote-first, distributed team environment.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
