Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Participate in architecture planning and technical decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Preferred residency or strong availability within the Memphis, TN area.
