Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision, aligning technical capabilities with evolving business objectives.
- Roadmap Development: Create detailed, multi-year operational roadmaps that prioritize high-value initiatives and resource allocation.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze global market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to forecast future challenges and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to drive the adoption of future-forward technologies.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct rigorous feasibility studies to validate long-term projects before capital allocation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to C-level executives and board members in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically about long-term implications and navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential business applications.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
