Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go; deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong foundation in Machine Learning principles, neural networks, and data structures.
