Responsibilities

- Oversee the evaluation of quantum-ready infrastructure and AI-driven automation tools.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to drive buy-in and investment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Architecture, or Strategic Technology Planning.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud-native architectures.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals and blockchain applications.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
