Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact research reports and visualizations communicating complex future scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight research into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive leadership
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience leading global research initiatives across diverse markets
