Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework with actionable scenarios
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and present findings to key stakeholders
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators to assess their impact on our industry
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical background with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of global megatrends affecting business and society
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic impact
