Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-year market impact
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including generative AI and neurointerfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present foresight findings to investors and board members with compelling data visualization
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy program
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting tech adoption by 2026
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech (IEEE, HBR, or equivalent)
- Proven experience scaling innovation programs across global enterprises
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI governance
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent (e.g., CFTR, CFT)
