Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into future-state scenarios
- Produce quarterly Future Impact Assessments for emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions (AR interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on market evolution
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts using cutting-edge forecasting tools
- Author thought leadership pieces published in Future Tech Review and industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to stakeholders
- Published research on societal transformation or digital ethics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight academy)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., GPT-4 forecasting tools)
