Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight methodologies for 2026 planning horizon
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, demographic shifts) and their implications
- Collaborate with R&D to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Produce scenario-based strategic plans for multiple futures (optimistic, pessimistic, baseline)
- Establish KPI frameworks to track strategic progress toward 2026 milestones
- Present findings to executive leadership and Board of Directors quarterly
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futures research, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with storytelling aptitude
- Strategic certification (e.g., CFAP, CSCP) preferred
