Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ strategic initiatives
- Develop evidence-based future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic futures insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging megatrends and their business implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Portfolio published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and geopolitical shifts
