Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and climate tech
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation labs for collaborative R&D
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech paradigms and their societal impacts
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in strategic thinking methodologies
- Secure $10M+ annual innovation budget through data-driven ROI projections
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature Futures, IEEE Technology & Society)
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful ventures)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi methodology
- Deep technical knowledge across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Exceptional public speaking skills with TED-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (WFS/AFF) or equivalent
