Responsibilities
- Develop and publish comprehensive 2026 technology trend reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Establish and maintain partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists and curate the annual 'Horizon 2026' thought leadership conference
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic vectors impacting 2026 global markets
- Drive innovation pipeline development through horizon scanning and pattern recognition
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with 50+ executive-level workshops delivered
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2020+ foresight projects with measurable impact
- Fluency in English with additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish) highly valued
